• Virtual Items — CS2 weapon skins and other in-game items available through the platform's features.
• Bonus Points — promotional credits or rewards granted to users through deposits, promo codes, or platform activities.
• Trade URL — a unique Steam-generated link that allows the platform to send trade offers to a User's Steam account.
• Company — the legal entity that owns and operates the GGDrop platform.
• Agreement — these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments or supplementary documents.

Acceptance of the Agreement

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any GGDrop services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum legal age for gambling-related activities in your jurisdiction. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of GGDrop complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. The Company does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of its services in specific locations.

Website Access and User Licenses

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the GGDrop platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content or functionality of the platform without prior written consent from the Company. All intellectual property rights in the platform content remain with the Company.

The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. The Company is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials or Steam account settings.

Website Features and Personal Account

GGDrop provides various features including but not limited to case openings, skin upgrades, contracts, Case Battles, and promotional activities. The availability of specific features may vary based on your account status, regional restrictions, or platform updates.

Your personal account is created through Steam authentication. The Company does not store your Steam login credentials. Your account information includes your Steam profile data, platform activity history, balance, and transaction records.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the platform. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity and account information at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Each User may maintain only one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or items.

Inventory Transfers and Bonus Points

Item transfers between GGDrop and your Steam account are processed through official Steam trade offers. You must maintain a valid and current Steam Trade URL in your account settings to receive items. The Company is not responsible for failed transfers resulting from incorrect Trade URLs or Steam account restrictions.

Bonus Points may be credited to your account through deposits, promotional codes, or platform activities. Bonus Points are subject to the terms of the specific promotion under which they were granted. The Company reserves the right to set conditions for the use, withdrawal, or expiration of Bonus Points.

Items and balances on your GGDrop account are non-transferable between users unless facilitated through an official platform feature. The Company prohibits the sale, trade, or transfer of accounts, balances, or items outside the platform.

The Company reserves the right to adjust, remove, or modify Bonus Points and promotional rewards if they were granted in error, obtained through fraudulent means, or in violation of promotion terms.

Payments and License Fees

Deposits on GGDrop are processed through third-party payment providers. The Company does not directly process or store payment card information. By making a deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in the Refund Policy section of this agreement. The Company is not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider or financial institution.

The Company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit amounts. These limits may vary based on the payment method used, your account status, and promotional terms.

Personal Data Processing

The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

AML and Identity Verification

GGDrop complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to conduct identity verification procedures on any user at any time. By using the platform, you agree to cooperate with any verification requests.

The Company may request documents to verify your identity, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or termination.

The Company monitors transactions for suspicious activity and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. Any attempt to use the platform for such purposes will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that fails identity verification, is located in a restricted jurisdiction, or is otherwise prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability

The GGDrop platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or virtual items.

The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from Steam service interruptions, trade offer failures caused by Steam, unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence, or changes to Steam trading policies.

The Company's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through the Company's official support channels. Users are encouraged to contact support before pursuing any formal legal action.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms specified in the applicable laws governing this agreement. The Company and the User agree to participate in good faith in any required mediation or arbitration proceedings.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

The Company's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by the Company.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific platform features, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of GGDrop.

Nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the User and the Company. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without the Company's prior written consent.

Amendments to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing this agreement periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

Refund Policy

All deposits made on GGDrop are considered final transactions. By making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the funds are used to access platform features and services, and that refunds are generally not available for completed transactions.

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances: unauthorized transactions that can be verified through the Company's records; technical errors that resulted in incorrect charges; duplicate payments caused by system malfunctions; and situations where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a refund, contact the Company through the official support channels with your account information, transaction details, and the reason for the refund request. The Company will review each request individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria described above, involve completed platform activities, or are submitted after a reasonable period following the original transaction. Items that have been used, traded, or withdrawn are not eligible for refunds.
